TG-SP 2 is the lightest of all equatorial mounts. Main body's weight less than 2kg, with a loading capacity of 3.5kg. A maximum of auto guiding limited to 200mm lens, manual guiding precision limit up to 500mm.

With the option polar alignment telescope, it can be polar aligned either in Northern and Southern hemisphere, a best tool for taking total solar eclipse.

It can be loaded on top the convention camera tripod or fixed to the factory aluminum alloy tripod. It is driven by 4 AA batteries, last for about 15 hours.

The EM-2S mount is an accurate, precision built German equatorial mount that provides a stable platform for telescopes up to 7kg. It is an ideal mount for a small to medium sized Takahashi© refractor or reflector. The EM-2S is a highly portable mount for those times when accuracy is needed in a lightweight package.

Another built in feature is a reticle polar alignment scope in the polar axis. This helps to gain an accurate polar alignment quickly and accurately.

The EM-200 provides a stable support for all types of instrument (refractor, reflector or cassegrain) weighing up to 18kg. The modern aesthetic design of the EM-200 is highly attractive as well as beautifully functional. The RA and DEC stepper motors are fully integrated into the mounting, the high precision design and construction provides cyclic errors lower than +/- 5 arc seconds.

The integrated polar alignment telescope has an illuminated reticule which can be dimmed to suit the user or observing conditions. This in conjunction with the precision altitude and azimuth adjusters will typically give polar alignment accuracy within 2 minutes of arc of the celestial pole.

With a function-full hand controller, options on tripods and piers and also optional digital setting circles the EM-200 is an ideal mounting for the serious amateur.

NJP Temma II Equatorial Mount























The NJP mount offers a high capacity (70lb load) platform for a variety of photo and visual uses requiring the use of two instruments. The PD-8XY motor drive has a built-in connection for an auto guider and a 10x sidereal high speed mode allows electric centering of an object in the field, rather than using the less accurate manual override. The NJP also uses a side loading plate to insure that as the mount is elevated and depressed for proper polar alignment, it moves in a straight line. No other manufacturer includes this unique, useful feature in their mount.

EM-500 Temma II Equatorial Mount






The state-of-the-art EM-500 Temma II mount has a tracking accuracy that is guaranteed to +/- 3.5 arc seconds without periodic error correction and it runs off of 24V DC. The EM-500 Temma II slews at 560X the Sidereal rate. The Temma II GoTo System can be operated via The Sky, Level IV software and is closed-loop. This means that the telescope can be moved manually without restarting the GoTo system. The mount can also be operated in manual (non-GoTo) mode without connecting to a computer and dual-axis tracking is available in this mode.

The self-contained illuminated polar finder is accurate to two arc minutes of the pole. Autoguider and CCD cables are available for most CCD cameras including serial, RJ-11, and USB connectors. Main gears are phosphor-bronze with matching moly-steel worms for greater accuracy and durability vs. aluminum & stainless steel. New, precision micro-stepping motors provide high durabilty with softer pulse-peaks for better imaging. No need for servos and variable-voltage systems that reduce longevity.

The Temma-2, which is the third generation of Takahashi's go-to mounts, is now available. The Temma-2 is the successor to the Temma-PC. The programing has been updated to allow it to perform more complicated tasks. The new and improved Temma-2, which along with the new more advanced programing, will permit the Temma-2 to drive in both axes at the same time thereby reducing the go-to time.
Different from an open loop system, the servo control system employed by the Temma-2 monitors the real-time position for the R.A. and Dec. This is accomplished by using a 16-bit CPU to make these complicated calculations.

Highly Integrated Built-in Printed Circuit
The LSI used to drive the stepping motors allows the components to be miniaturized making the entire assembly smaller.
